Last week I photographed two Pastry Chefs; Ian Burch and Darren Purchese. They create some of the most original and innovative deserts I have seen. We had so much fun during the shoot – I’m not sure if it was all the sugar – but there was not much left of the chocolate turron which Ian is holding (in centre).
A Big thank you to Annie (on the left) for assisting and entertaining all day, Kyri Christodoulou (below) the very talented sommelier for supplying the amazing wine and Ian and Darren for the incredible deserts!
I can just imagine people reading this thinking is this a normal shoot? wine, chocolate and good looking girls……..yes!
